I’d like to take this opportunity of introducing you to Nick Hill and Angela Philpott who will be running our commercial property division here at CML Tenerife Business Sales.

It is an important side of our business and both Nick and Angela bring with them a wealth of experience. After owning Harty’s Bar at Compostela Beach and The Swan at Parque Margarita, they realised that their knowledge of running businesses could be invaluable in helping others. “We are different to many other agents” explains Nick. “Once we have sold a business, we help the clients for as long as they need us. introducing them to suppliers and contacts we have got to know over the years. We also help organise Menus, signs and anything they may need. Why do we do it? Quite simple really. Because we understand the difficulties of running a new business in a new country, and know from experience how difficult it can be.”
